1. Introduction
Welcome to Vana NextGen Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). These Service Provider Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your participation as a Service Provider ("Provider") on our platform ("Tanker Tap"). By registering and offering services through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these T&Cs, as well as all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Failure to adhere to these T&Cs may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action where necessary.
2. Definitions

Tanker Tap: Mobile application developed and managed by Vana NextGen Technologies, providing a platform for users to book water tankers.

Service: The water delivery services provided by the Provider to Users through the Platform.

User: Any person or entity accessing or using the Platform to book water delivery services.

Provider: Independent third-party water tanker operators, including those operating trucks, tractors, and trailers, registered on the Platform to fulfill water delivery orders.
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Legal Compliance
By registering as a Provider on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are legally authorized to operate a water tanker delivery service within your jurisdiction.

You possess all necessary licenses, permits, certifications, and approvals required by local, state, and national authorities.

You have valid insurance coverage for your vehicles, equipment, and service operations, including liability coverage for damages, injuries, or losses incurred during service delivery.

You comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing transportation, storage, and delivery of water.
3.2 Accurate Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Vana NextGen Technologies reserves the right to verify your licensing, insurance, and background.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Vehicle-Specific Policies
4.1 Truck Delivery

Trucks must adhere to certified capacity limits.

Vehicles must be maintained and regularly inspected.

Trucks must be capable of accessing standard delivery locations.
4.2 Tractor and Trailer Delivery

Trailers must meet legal and operational capacity requirements.

Tractors and trailers must be able to access designated delivery sites.

Operators must be trained in safety and compliance procedures.
5. Service Obligations
5.1 Water Quality

Providers must ensure water meets regulatory quality standards.

Regular water quality testing is required, with documentation available upon request.

Providers may be held liable for delivering contaminated or non-compliant water.
5.2 Timely Deliveries

Providers must deliver water within the scheduled timeframe.

Delays must be communicated to Users and Vana NextGen Technologies promptly.
5.3 Equipment and Conduct

Equipment must be in good working condition and comply with safety standards.

Providers must interact professionally with Users.
6. Pricing and Payments
6.1 Pricing Structure

Pricing is determined by Vana NextGen Technologies in consultation with Providers.

Unauthorized price changes or extra charges are prohibited.
6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the Platform.

Payments are disbursed weekly after deductions for commissions and service fees.

Direct payments from Users to Providers are not permitted.
7. Order Cancellations and Penalties
7.1 Provider Obligations Upon Order Acceptance

Unauthorized cancellations may result in penalties.
7.2 Penalties for Non-Compliance

Non-fulfillment of orders may result in monetary fines, account suspension, or legal action.
8. Delivery Issues

Incorrect addresses must be reported immediately.
8.2 No Access to the Road

Providers must assess road access before delivery.

A fee may be charged for attempted deliveries that cannot be completed.
9. Marketing and Branding

Providers must display marketing materials provided by Vana NextGen Technologies.
9.2 Compliance with Marketing Guidelines

Unauthorized use of branding, trademarks, or promotional materials is prohibited.
10. Quality and Quantity Assurance

Water must meet regulatory standards.

Regular testing is required.
10.2 Quantity Assurance

Providers must deliver the correct quantity of water as per the order.
11. Compliance with Company SOPs

Providers must adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) issued by Vana NextGen Technologies.
12. Legal Agreement and Compliance

Providers must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

Non-compliance may result in penalties or termination of services.
13. Termination

Accounts may be terminated for T&C violations, repeated non-compliance, or fraudulent activities.
14. Confidentiality

Providers must maintain confidentiality regarding company information and User data.
15. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use of Vana NextGen Technologies' trademarks, logos, or service marks is prohibited.
16. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation or arbitration, as applicable.
